For a split second you get peace and silence you don’t remember what happened. Then it all comes tumbling back into a dark remembering room where it all haunts your eyes wears heavy on your shoulders and takes hold of every silent moment. Its exhausting picking yourself up every day dragging through the routine. I know that feeling and if not for one think I learned it would have driven me insane. Implementing presence practices allows me to breath again calm the storm and actually live. It wasn’t easy it wasn’t overnight neither was the black hole I was living in either . The only thing that ran through my head was its hard today that’s why I’m doing this now so tomorrow wont be.
