 Your body and the way you look suddenly becomes the first thing people notice about you or want to ask you about. It is kind of a weird feeling and can be overwhelming like you are on display and have no privacy.

 Working out and doing something like this for yourself can give you so many health benefits but along with that it can really boost your confidence. You start to realize you can do much much more than you ever realized maybe even shock yourself as how much you progressed.

Making this huge life transition can be extremely discomfortable. Many times it involves learning new skills, feeling like a newbie many times. Getting into situations where you may feel unwelcome (that super old rustic gym with oversized men grunting). BUT trust there is growth in the discomfort and you gain a new comfort zone.

You start changing crushing it making awesome strides having more energy and all the sudden you find a whole new you stronger more confident and capable!

 The amount of knowledge you gain from taking on this journey is actually the key to success and staying healthy! If you learn about what you are doing and why it is beneficial for you then you will know the steps in every stage of life how to get there and stay there always. 

# 6 FRIENDS!!! 

 Majority of time the places you wander most and the interests that you have will be where your tribe is also. The secret about this one is that when you work out you release endorphins and feel good hormones. Without noticing your mind will associate the people around you with those feel good hormones and create a strong bond. 

 

# 7 NEW LEVEL OF RESPECT

 You realize that the fear of getting bulky from doing a pushup was completely irrational and to have a lean or bulky body takes a massive amount of determination and that is an extreme side to fitness that isn't always an end goal that fits the way you want to live. Also you begin to have a seriously new appreciation of your body and surroundings thankful for all you can do and when you see others doing amazing things you respect it and celebrate it because you know how much work it takes to get there. 

# 8   DIFFERENT UNDERSTANDING OF "FITNESS"

 There are so many forms of fitness some people measure by strength some weight some size of their waist some flexibility some by if they can walk and play with their kids. Fitness is a completely bland and general word that you begin to define as your own, learning what it truly means to you and allowing that definition to grow as you do.

 This whole getting fit and healthy thing takes time and consistent effort even on the days you don't want to do it you know that if today you put in effort tomorrow it will be much much easier. The amazing thing is there is no way this won't leak into other parts of your life and help you overall be a more patient and understanding person. 

# 10 APPRECIATION OF EVERYTHING

 

When you take really good care of something and you put massive effort into it you start gaining new appreciation of yourself and how awesome you really are.
